Standard Delivery Timeframe

Under normal operating conditions and non-holiday, non-peak periods, orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Peak Periods & External Delays

During peak seasons (E.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and year-end holidays), delivery timelines may be extended due to:

  • High parcel volumes

  • Customs backlogs

  • Carrier congestion

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Other external factors beyond the merchant’s control

In such circumstances, international deliveries may take up to 1-2 months to complete.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s operational conditions. Delays caused by customs, weather disruptions, or carrier-side constraints are outside the merchant’s direct control.

Refund Assurance

If an order is not delivered within 2 months from the shipment date, and no proof of delivery can be provided by the carrier, the merchant will issue a full refund to the customer automatically. 

Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are already in transit.

  • A prepaid return label can only be issued after successful delivery, as the parcel must first be accounted for within the courier network.

  • Customers who wish to return an item after delivery may do so in accordance with the merchant’s return procedure.
