How much height do the socks add?
The built-in EVA heel wedge delivers a genuine +3.5cm (1.4") of discreet elevation. The lift is localised to the heel area only, creating a natural posture-enhancing height boost.
Will the insole shift or move around inside the sock?
No. The heel wedge is permanently built into the sock lining — it is not a removable insert. It stays exactly in place from the moment you put them on to the moment you take them off.
Does the heel wedge feel uncomfortable to walk in?
Most customers forget it is there within the first 10 minutes. The wedge is ergonomically shaped to follow the natural contour of your heel, so it feels like a cushioned sock rather than an elevated insole.
Will these fit inside all types of shoes?
Yes. The socks are compatible with sneakers, dress shoes, boots, and casual shoes. As long as your shoe fits normally, these will work inside them without any modification.
Are these machine washable?
Yes. Simply toss them in with your regular laundry on a normal cycle. The built-in heel wedge retains its shape and lift even after repeated washing. We recommend air drying to maximise longevity.
